I'm a trained LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator and an ICF-trained coach. I work with individuals and small groups in person, in Milwaukee and the surrounding area.

My credential is not primarily the certification. It's that my ideal client is me — or was, not long ago. I know the belonging problem from the inside. I know what it costs to do translation work for twenty years. I know what it feels like to build a life around a profile that institutions keep telling you is a problem to manage.

The work I offer is the work I'm doing. That's not a liability. It's the whole point.
